Studio Pass
Fractional graphic design support.
Collateral, ads, signage, event graphics. Work that is never one big project and never quite stops.
Studio Pass is an ongoing arrangement rather than a quote for one job. You send work as it comes up, and the people who make it already know your brand.
the range:

what it covers:
What tends to come through.
None of it is difficult on its own. What makes it hard is that it arrives constantly, from different people, with different deadlines, and it all has to look like the same company.
-
Riverside Cemetery Print and collateral
Brochures, cards, forms, signage, tradeshow displays, and the reprint nobody planned for.
-
Kawartha Lakes Economic Development Ads and campaign pieces
Display, print and social artwork built out of the same brand rather than assembled fresh each time.
-
MamaSoup Event graphics
Posters, programs, signage and the handful of assets an event always turns out to need.
-
Kawartha Land Trust Brand upkeep
Keeping what you already have consistent as it gets used in places it was never drawn for.

How it works.

Send a request
By email, one at a time or as a whole list.

We confirm
The order, the timing, and any hard cost like printing before it happens.
-
We deliver
On brand, in the formats it needs, print ready or web ready or both.
who has it:
Who has the Studio Pass.
Organizations that produce a steady stream of printed and placed material, and have nobody whose job it is to make it.
Usually the work was being done by somebody who was hired to do something else.
- Manufacturers
- Retail and showrooms
- Trades and contractors
- Municipalities
- Nonprofits and charities
- Tourism operators
- Restaurants and food producers
- Festivals and events
- Clinics and practices
- Professional firms
- Funeral homes and cemeteries
- Membership organizations
What they have in common is volume without a department: enough design to matter, not enough to justify a hire.
clients:
Who we do this for.
Businesses, nonprofits and organizations we work with month to month.
Every client since 2009questions:
The things people ask first.
How much is it?
It starts at $250 a month. What that covers depends on what you send. Busy months and quiet months are both fine, and when your list consistently outgrows the level you are on, we talk about moving it.
Is it unlimited?
No. It is a level of ongoing attention rather than a bucket of hours or a set number of deliverables. We agree the order together and tell you what to expect.
How quickly do things come back?
It depends on the thing and on what else is already in the queue. You get a realistic timeline when we confirm the work, rather than a promise before anyone has looked at it.
What counts as too big for a pass?
Small things go quickly. Something that is really a project, like a website build or a full identity, is quoted as a project. We tell you which it is before starting, not after.
Do printing and ad spend come out of it?
No. Hard costs like printing, ad spend and licences are yours, and we give you a heads-up before anything creates one.
What if I need something you do not do?
If it is within our skill set, send it. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you at somebody who can.
Do I get the same people each time?
Yes. That is most of the value. The alternative is explaining your brand to somebody new every time something small comes up.
one of five:
The rest of the pass.
Graphic design is one of five areas the same pass covers. Most months are a mix of them.
- MarketingCampaigns, content and the calendar that keeps them arriving on time.
- Social mediaPosts designed, a schedule built, the posts scheduled, and a report once they have run.
- TechnologyAssess what you need, tidy what you have, put in what is missing, and connect the tools you already pay for.
- WebsitesUpdates as they come up, the analytics read properly, and a recommendation on what to change next.
Tell us what is on your list.
A pass suits some businesses and not others. You will hear back from the people who would do the work.
